Ventajas
1. Decent pay (when they actually do pay). 2. Loved the work that i was doing there. 3. Hard work did actually help me grow personally. Learnt a lot (on my own, obviously).
Desventajas
1. Terrible management and uppermanagement. 2. Lot of work pressure. 3. Unrealistic deadlines. 4. Don't abide their own rules. 5. Unprofessional and fake people. 6. No stability, people being hired, fired or resigning every other week. (but, this was 3 months back, maybe it's changed, and it was my personal experience, maybe it's different for you, you can try your luck. Everything is learning and experience if you take it that way.)
