Ventajas
You can always count on management to pay attention to Glassdoor and make sure that any negative review is replaced with 3 positive and obviously fake reviews all on the same day. Don't believe me? Look at the reviews from 2/11/2021. Isn't it interesting how there was the negative review from January and nothing else then all of a sudden there were 3, all on the same day. Please come to your own conclusion on that, though.
Desventajas
The 401k is not good, it used to be but it isnt anymore. They USED to match 5k a year but thats gone for some pithily percentage. More cons include: The overworked employment style of management, the lack of any marketing strategy outside of copying and pasting from landing pages others have created, more and more hires from access intelligence (I mean seriously, just sell the company to them at this point) and the fact the CEO cares more about public perception and hiring from access intelligence than actual fixing and real problem.
