Ventajas
Flexible working arrangements, a good place to gain knowledge. Very easy to identify who are the reliable and helpful colleagues and who are not. Only good for people who has experience in the industry and wants to retire.
Desventajas
- Not competitive benefits - Very backwards system - Poor management, requests for so many reports, micromanage - Wide knowledge gap for business development team - Lacking of passion in the work with no teamplay at all - Very questionable on shortlisting reasoning causing workplace to be extremely toxic, let alone passing probation - Poor business strategy - Very low headcount, most of the time employees get fully exploited
