Ventajas
- Welcoming, fun and positive culture - No micromanagement - you're always treated like an adult and left to get on with things - Interesting and varied work, creativity is really valued - Lots of opportunities for recognition - Flexible working with only one mandatory day in the office and good health/holiday/travel benefits
Desventajas
As mentioned in previous reviews, there is quite a boozy culture which can feel hard to get to grips with if you're more introverted or don't drink. However this never feels mandatory or forced on you and there are loads of socials that aren't based around drinking. No worse than other media companies! No pay rises in 2023, while understandable given the wider context, is demotivating
