Ventajas
The community and environment rackspace has is amazing. No matter what kind of person you are, everyone makes an effort at making you feel welcome and they are all very polite. I've never had a 'bad' manager, or manager I did not like.
Desventajas
My only thought is the starting base pay, though once you get moving along, I believe it gets better. Other than that, yearly raises (even if it's only a small percentage) instead of only performance based, would be helpful to keep up with inflation.
