Ventajas
Very laid back and casual atmosphere. Very knowledgeable people to learn from. Semi-decent benefits but recently changed for the worse. Flexible work hours typically though they can sometimes be very rigid.
Desventajas
Salary compared to market average leaves something to be desired. Senior Leadership seems to not care about the front line, only about stock price. Many job roles are very vague. Bonuses are used as a carrot for the teeming masses but management keeps restructuring the way their calculated which always manages to pay the employees less somehow. Company is slow to fill in roles when people leave/are fired which puts more burden on the rest of the staff.
