Ventajas
SOme really talented people are here. If you know how to find them you can learn much. The work environment can be very relaxed at times and there are stillsome signs of fun (although between the economy and going public it is starting to become standard corporate PC nightmare)
Desventajas
Corporate culture creeping in much faster than expected. There are actually meetings to plan meetings! Salary is low comparably speaking, don't fall for the "bonuses will make up for the shortcomings". There is a never-ending urge to change even the most minute details for no obvious reason, move one cube to the left, I can't see you as well where you sit now. The ability to 'just get it done' is gone, everything is now planned to the point of painful, waiting foro the TPS reports to become a requirment
