Racing Green are one of the best employers in the luxury construction space in Los Angeles. They offer numerous benefits, including healthcare and employee match 401K contributions, which is unheard of in the construction industry. They build some of the most beautiful contemporary homes out there, so being able to turn up to work, and enjoy the views of the Malibu coastline, or Beverly Hills Hillside is definitely a benefit, as well as the great working environment. Most of the staff here have been with the company in excess of 10 years, and so there is a tight group with strong morale. Definitely one of the best construction firms out there. Highly recommended!
Desventajas
It’s Construction, so the work is tough, and when deadlines are approaching you do get pushed to deliver. But overall renumeration is good and management are appreciative of how hard we work with annual bonuses given based on performance and results.
