Ventajas

Great colleagues, solid mission that doesn’t make you feel icky as a marketer, competitive comp, and flexible working options like hybrid schedule and no guilt tripping for doctors appointments etc

Desventajas

Constant layoffs, like every 6 months since 2022 so of course morale is horrendous, constant c-suite goal post shifting and a general lack of strategy, vision and know how to lead what has the potential to be a very powerful organization.

Desventajas

I miss the team off-sites. It was such a warm and memorable experience to see your teammates and connect over food and drink.

Ventajas

None come to mind under the new leadership.

Desventajas

New leadership came in without a real understanding of how hospital systems operate or how their budgets are structured, creating a fundamental disconnect between what the business is selling and what clients actually need. Clients are starting to realize they are essentially handing over marketing dollars that go straight to Google, and many are choosing to cut out the middleman rather than renew or grow partnerships. Nepotism is alive and well, with a significant number of people holding positions based on relationships rather than qualifications, which destroys morale and makes it nearly impossible to feel like hard work is recognized. Quarterly layoffs have become routine and talk of missing budget is constant, making any sense of job security or career growth nearly impossible.
