Great people, constructive feedback on your work, and a very good collaborative culture for the most part. You’ll always have those who are more helpful than others. But I loved working at RPI. Although I was recently laid off, I still believe it’s a special place to work. You can’t hold this crappy economy against a company. They have to do what's best for the organization. So no hard feelings on my part. Does it suck. Sure. But it’s business. I miss it. Keith, great company. Keep it going.
