Ventajas
Pays on time, great accounting, health insurance, including dental, safety oriented, overtime available, much work and no seasonal work issues, upward promotions according to knowledge, trains you if needed, will start you out at 10.00 or more, equipment, trucks, shop well maintained, nothing to say about them that is negative. You will work though, no bums or malingering! Professional, with company logos on hats, shirts, etc. Laundry service available as well! If you know duct work, you will be just fine. Also, company trucks assigned to foremen can be taken home for some jobs.
Desventajas
It is a dangerous job to work on construction sites, and that is usually the case at any site. So PPE must be used, and the jobs do have deadlines, and involve high voltage, and raw weather to boot, but what's new about that? Don't be late either!
