      Ventajas

      Interns will have to push through their limits to be able to cope to new learning tasks and engagements which will help every individuals to maximize their efforts and new ways or strategies in finishing all their tasks within the day.

      Desventajas

      Heavy tasks will either make you develop your own skills and talents or will let you have those piles of work looking at you without accomplishing any of it.

      Ventajas

      The company provides diversified works and let's me explore different areas or tasks during the internship. It helped me grow and learn through engaging to other interns and the heads, as well. This gave me a chance to become adaptable in fast-paced workplace.

      Desventajas

      In some ways, diversification of tasks might lead in to the inconsistency of outputs/deliverables.
