      None, They will use the flexibility they offer as a benefit. In return expecting employees available 24/7. They promote unqualified individuals because of favoritism or Familia ties. The owner has a team of incompetent executives leading and employees are suffering.

      Ventajas

      The Operations & Construction Teams are some of the friendliest people I've had the privilege of working with. The work life balance & hybrid schedule has been a game changer for me and a welcome change of pace. Management Is very collaborative and supportive regarding any projects. If needed, they'll be happy to give you the resources required to bring it over the finish line. 401k, Medical and dental benefits are solid overall. Management team takes constructive criticism well and acts on feedback with action & collaborative dialogue.

      Nothing too big or glaring during my time here.
