Horrible management rude no respect. Made someone work even having just been through surgery and they had a doctors note giving them the week off. Just so the manager could look good to regional manager. Makes work in rain says you don’t have too but then makes you. Every time you are sick manager says you have to bring a doctors note. Even if it’s just a really bad cold and you only miss one day. Also we are not paid sick days so it has no benefit to miss a day. Manager does not trust employees constantly thinks they are doing nothing when in reality they are working really hard.
