      Ventajas

      Good communication from leaders, and you have the ability to schedule yourself more or less.

      Desventajas

      The company seems to be in the middle of a bunch of changes as of now, and the process doesn't seem to be going as smoothly as possible. A follow-up on training would be nice.

      Difficult to know who to ask what question. You’re really on your own.
