      Ventajas

      Interesting work and a lot of departments so a lot of opportunity to move around internally. Can make a lot of money if working in front office.

      Desventajas

      Back Office Operations and Accounting/Finance get no appreciation. Large workload and lower pay than government. Political and having a good boss is hit or miss. If you are PL07 or below, you do all the grunt work while PL06 and above "manage" and get long term stock options.

      Ventajas

      Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

      Desventajas

      Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
