Ventajas

The training was great, trainers really wanted to see you do well

Desventajas

Absolute worst place I ever worked. Salary is not comparable to the rest of the industry. The pressure to get sales and refer clients to life insurance even though they didn't call for life insurance is ridiculous. What is even more ridiculous is that your metrics get based on you referring clients over to the life insurance department and them getting a quote even though that is not in your control. Management was horrendous, did not feel supported by anyone at all. Team Leads were so focused on sales and life referrals as their bonuses were dependant on it too. The worst environment I ever experienced.

Ventajas

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Desventajas

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
