Ventajas

friendly people who know what they are doing (in your department and generally in back office) few good ones who always offer you help, you don't feel left alone nice atmosphere , you get to laugh a lot and it makes work more bearable (especially when things go wrong on Friday afternoon) fun work venues and a lot of acitivities organised outside of workplace

Desventajas

some people who have been with the company for 10 or more years have their own habits they do not want to get rid off and when you join as a fresh, ambitious young person you might get disappointed to find there is not much you can really change; IT can be massively unhelpful, you spend hours on looking for IT solutions via google yourself as it takes them days to get back to you some people give you the impression they don't really want to help and they'd do absolutely everything to avoid taking the ownership of the problem managment can be selfish at times, they'd ask you if you need their help but this is purely so they can go home early people talk about each other behind their back a lot, you don't know who you can really trust, you can either play by their cards and be liked be everyone or not get involved but then you won't ever go far

Ventajas

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Desventajas

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
