Ventajas
The people, up to about middle management, are fantastic and always willing to bend over backwards to help. I made true friends here, not just co-workers. I was always learning from those around me, which is one of the most valuable things you can find at an agency. I had the opportunity here to make significant advancements.
Desventajas
Management's antics are laughably ridiculous. It's not hard to see why they are having such a rough time getting their reputation under control, and keeping their current talent and clients. In a continuous effort to rebrand, they are putting a lot of effort into hiring some big guns at the management level. In the meantime though, they are hemorrhaging their mid-level talent, who do so much of the heavy lifting.
