Ventajas
The Chicago office is beautiful, located on Michigan Ave right next to the Chicago River, so there’s access to lots of shopping and restaurants.
Desventajas
R1 RCM had no idea the gold mine they once had because had they opened their eyes and seen it, they wouldn’t have run it into the ground, unless that was the intent in the first place. This company had some of the brightest people I’ve ever had the honor to work (some have left for a saner environment, others were laid off and there have been many layoffs) with and a system that was by far the best in the industry (which they’ve trashed because of the “ego” of one of their top now executives). They chase clients away by treating them like crap instead of embracing them and making them feel like they’re part of the team. Now they’re involved in a whistle-blower lawsuit (doesn’t surprise me in the least!) as a co-defendant and it isn’t the first time they’re been involved in some questionable practices.
