      Accretive Health offers a very flexible work style. There are always opportunities for undertaking new tasks and objectives. Everyone here is very open to your ideas and suggestions for making processes and procedures better.

      Desventajas

      You need to be a quick thinker when starting. There are many daily tasks that need to be done and sometimes you have little background information on your task.

      Ventajas

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Desventajas

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
