Supposedly a company that prides themselves on "promoting from within," but it RARELY happens. There is a company web page titled "We Care," which promises a response within 24 hours, but there is never a response. That shows just how much R&L truly cares. Everything went negative once Zimmerman took over the reigns. Too bad for the Roberts family.
