Very male dominated, lots of arrogance, sarcasm, politics, little desire to meet the person half way or openly discuss issues – if you see any attempts it mostly comes from people who are not mature yet (but good-looking and cheerful, and therefore kept in the company longer) or ones who will be soon "laid off". Nice people who do creative work don't stay there or get laid off. Those who stay in charge hire new ones to do creative work for them. It's no place for an artistic soul.
