      Ventajas

      Plus Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Plus Tech Fabricators Pvt. Ltd are ISO9001:2008 Accredited Mechanical Engineering and Construction Companies. They didn't consider the problems and feelings of their workers, Salary scale is very low and no other benefits. Once the ongoing project got completed they dismiss the employees without giving any time and information.

      Desventajas

      I learn how to take Decisions,Hard Working,punctuality,Problem solving, pressure handling. And also I learn how to handle the workers.
