Teamwork is a big part of the philosophy here. - Changing roles - The company offers opportunities to try various roles (engineer, lead, program management). You can work different phases of the SW life cycle for each program you're assigned to. Rarely are you pigeon-holed unless you want to be. - Your progress at the company is in your hands - do well and you'll be recognized. A lot of people expect praise for doing what they're hired to do. Here, you'll get praise when you excel at what you're hired to do. Is that not fair?? - Knowledgeable management staff that are also held accountable for the work that the company does.
Desventajas
- Sometimes you don't get to work on what you want because the work just isn't there. - Often the good engineers are spread too thin and have to work extra hours to complete assignments.
