Ventajas

The company provides welcoming environment that encourages me to explore various fields of work. The management is willing to have open communications to exchange opinions and ideas. Assisting in training for company from different industry has also enhanced my interpersonal skills and broadened my exposure to industry.

Desventajas

It can be overwhelming at times when multiple tasks need to be managed concurrently or coming one after another.

Ventajas

1. Having this company on my resume has been a benefit. They are well-regarded in the industry, and the experience gained here provides a strong foundation for future career moves especially for having a similar background it gives more strength 2. Strong sense of community and a "familial" atmosphere among the staff. The company-hosted dinners and sports gatherings were a highlight, providing a fun and genuine way to bond with colleagues outside of the office. It is a great environment for those who value social connection with their coworkers.

Desventajas

1. Inflexible break structure. Lunch hours are strictly regulated and staggered among the staff, leaving less room for personal preference or professional networking during the midday break. 2. Facilities: The office resources require modernization - specifically, computers need updating or up-to-date, proper individual desk 3. The prayer room facilities are currently inadequate and would benefit significantly from a dedicated, upgraded space to better support staff needs.

• For new hires, the still evolving nature of the current standards may be a little confusing • Some aspects of the workflow, (eg: guidelines and priorities) can change occasionally, which makes planning ahead abit challenging at times • Smaller team size, so may require staff to be actively engaged and responsive to meet operational demands
