      Ventajas

      Pretty low stress environment for the most part. Good work-life balance. It's a nice place to get your foot in the door and get some work experience in the field.

      Desventajas

      Not much room for growth, limited training opportunities, company has had numerous issues with pay discrepancies (new people with limited experience will be hired in making more than experienced employees with more education and work experience).

      Ventajas

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Desventajas

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
