Ventajas

Work with amazing people, building a company from the ground up, fantastic product, great resources. I would recommend OpenComp to anyone who wanted to work with really smart people who don't have big egos and just want to find the right answer to the question... and also know the right questions to be asking.

Desventajas

Startup-life... live in ambiguity. Sometimes the days are long. Work from home is not for everyone.

Ventajas

OpenComp's atmosphere was incredibly supportive and pushed me to keep learning. The team is an incredible group of hardworking people and I really enjoyed my time here.

Not a structured intern program

Ventajas

Great product, easy to sell to the right customer. HR will pretend to be nice and care about building culture until they have to fire people every quarter.

Desventajas

Literally has fired every single sales person that has ever worked there due to unrealistic quotas, expectations, and customer profiles.
