I didn't feel like there was a clear path for advancement.

Many of the employees at Nth have worked at the company for 10+ years, and there is not a high turnover. The reason why, is because Nth Generation truly cares about and invests in their employees. They provide training onsite about technology, and offer great benefits that include a generous PTO, profit sharing, 401(k), health, dental, vision, discount on LA Fitness, Costco membership, etc. They, also have some fun company events for employees all year round. Time goes by quickly, and the work is very fast paced, but employees are recognized and rewarded for their work. There really is a great team here with a small company, family like environment. Leadership is very strong here and there are also many talented and very brilliant engineers and IT security specialists. This truly is the best company I’ve ever worked for. I am constantly learning and challenged in my position. It is never a dull moment. I am so happy to have the opportunity to work at this company. I’m fairly new, but hope to work here for many years to come.
