- unsupportive management (think boss instead of mentor) - poor communication across entire org (frequently ignored chats/emails/calls, lack of transparency and collaboration) - siloed and stressful company culture - high turnover across sales staff - nonexistent onboarding process - unrealistic quota/given ice cold accounts and asked to sell the moon - outdated homegrown CRM circa ~2002 - horrendous data hygiene in CRM - no modern sales tools
