Management is ineffective in getting stock price up, and lack of foresight on how the company will perform. Finance is weak on providing financial guidance and business partnership. Marginal performer and slackers can survive fine as long as they social to be liked. People who get promotions are the "nice to play with" ones and not the most knowledgeable and capable ones. Senior management don't solicit employees feedback to improve functional performance.
