So much potential and actual great learning paths; a great culture from the managers down.
Desventajas
This was one of the most disorganized companies I've worked for, and it was that way well before I joined — shifting priorities with no clear ownership, processes that existed on paper but were never followed, and constant scrambling that could've been avoided with basic planning. It's been over a month since my departure and I still have admin access to multiple live client accounts, despite flagging this to the team repeatedly. The culture that made this place worth joining was abandoned over the last year in favor of short-term margin chasing
