Ventajas

The clients are great to work with and the projects are very intersting and challenging.

Desventajas

The Senior Management Team has no idea how to run a Network Consulting business, so they attempt to control what they don't understand with a combination of micromanagement and fear tactics. It's hard to image, but their infrastructure relies entirely upon hardware and software from several decades ago. It's difficult to provide customer support when constantly faced with the limitations of an outdated system, but the Senior Management Team sees no reason to update its infrastructure or methodologies choosing instead to blame any inefficiency on the staff. The client networks are mismanaged and documentation doesn't exist. The office is in a constant state of chaos. Senior Management requires staff to maintain certificates, but no training is offered. Instead, employees are encouraged to download the answers from the internet and "cheat" to pass the tests.
