Ventajas

Benefits are 100% paid for by employer. “Unlimited” PTO. Equipment provided. Fun destination holiday parties/annual meeting. Good pay with bonuses and stipend

Desventajas

- WORST leadership!! - Micro Managing - expected to drop your job at any given moment to help out in departments that they keep firing all of the hourly/pt staff in who would normally be there - hours can go from demanding OT to having only 3 hours in a week overnight - leadership does not care about their employees work/life balance, feelings, or feedback - claim to have unlimited pto but some are shamed for taking it when they do and others take it every week without question - riddled with nepotism. They pretty much just hire all of their previous employees from past companies they’ve started and their family. . And you guessed it they are the ones who get to grow and advance in the company - company claims to have a “shut down” but now you are still expected to work during it

Ventajas

* Remote Work but you will be asked to use your own personal computer and cell phone (which you will not be compensated for)

Desventajas

- The company misleads new hires by promising full-time opportunities that never materialize — you're told you'll start part-time with full-time roles "coming soon," but in a year, only sales staff were promoted. - No PTO or benefits are offered to part-time employees, regardless of hours worked. - Part-time employees are often treated poorly and undervalued, even when consistently working 40 hours a week. - If a full-time employee needs more hours, part-time staff are pulled off accounts and have their hours cut without warning. - There is no job stability — schedules fluctuate and roles feel disposable. - Management is largely absentee, with little support or engagement from leadership. - The company has a serious nepotism problem, with promotions and opportunities often going to friends or family members of leadership. - Be aware of questionable labor practices: state laws require benefits after 1 year and 1,250 hours worked, but the company may temporarily lay off employees just before they reach that threshold to avoid paying out. - Overall, it’s a frustrating and unstable environment for part-time workers, with little transparency or respect
