      Ventajas

      Absolutely nothing. In the start, everything looks good, however one comes to terms with reality after that.

      Desventajas

      1. The product is highly malfunctioning. It's all optics. It doesn't have any merit as such. 2. Pay grade is very low with minimal hikes. 3. Lot of internal office politics politics favoritism. Absolutely stupid people who know how to suck up grow here well. 4. No expectation of holidays or a decent work life balance. 5. Company is struggling to get customers. 6. HR is stupid. 7. Heavy micromanagement Can go on and on, but needless to say one should avoid this place

      - Team management practices could be refined to better accommodate all employee types, including full-time staff and interns. - Some processes could be more streamlined for efficiency.
