Ventajas
Lots of (good) changes in upper level management in the last since 6 months, including a new CEO and CTO. This is created a lot of optimism in the company. A lot of upper level management, including the CEO and CTO are very technical. This means Multi-Tech is very "tech-driven". Furthermore, promised changes and actions are being implemented. Around 10 people have been hired in the past couple months, mostly engineers. Here's to becoming the leader in designing, manufacturing and providing global data communication produces, services, and solutions that expand the connected world! Engineers get their own 12'x12' cube which can be very customized with sitting or standing desk, lighting over your cube on/off, etc.
Desventajas
There are tons of different systems for different things that are not integrated at all or very much. This includes benefits, payroll stuff, version control, test systems, wiki's, etc. However, currently there are actions being taken to consolidate these and make this much better.
