- Regular organised activities - Convenient central location (parking isn’t provided which can be costly) - Modern office space - Mostly a friendly female led team

- The job itself is a glorified admin role with a hint of fashion talk, requiring zero skill, other than answering emails and endless scrolling to find influencers. - Unlike most Influencer roles, you put all the effort into acquiring and maintaining relationships with your talent but you won’t be the one that gets to go to the influencer events with your influencers. - Opportunities for progression is promised but very very slow, rare, limited and unclear. In the rare occasion it happens it’s after being under resourced for many months/years. - Manager is friendly but lacks experience so gets overshadowed and swayed with key decisions made by awful higher ups who avoid the team like the plague and don’t really have any insight. - Noticeable office politics and an unprofessional atmosphere at times. - Job is easy with minimal change so could be fully remote, office days are nice to see colleagues and socialise but other than that, pointless. - Low pay and limited salary progression, with questionable justifications given. - Conflict of interest/very odd structure with partner agency who “manage” and “oversee” the team. This review isn’t to unfairly criticise the company but to warn anyone with an ounce of ambition or potential from wasting their time as i know it can attract a lot of university graduates with beaming hopes and ambition. If you’d like to cruise for a while in an admin role with low pay and minimal-low/slight chance of painfully slow progression then this jobs for you.

Sorry, there are actually, no pros. Unless you enjoy being treated badly, maybe you'd like it then.

No progression, very biased management and supervisors, who play favourites. Cannot wait to hand my notice in. Do not work in the Cheltenham office! Perhaps other departments are ok, but Cheltenham office seems to attract bad vibes, no success and awful arguments.
