This company has the worst reputation in the industry. I didn’t quite realise what I was letting myself in for. This place is systematically evil. There’s no other way to describe it. They have a marketing and hr team who create fake positive reviews on here. Pretending to be employees.

Nice variety of projects to work on.

Imagine being the best designer, commercial, PM and Sales person, that’s the MD. The best at everything, everyone else are seen as less than. You couldn’t find a bigger ego if you went looking for it. If you have an opinion different to his, or god forbid, you have the facts, then you’re done for. This is a narcissist if ever there were one.. This really isn’t even a disgruntled review, it’s an opinion.
