Though, part of the management team, I found it shocking that the lack of professionalism in meetings was tolerated. IT was lacking in advancement. Retaliation and terminations happening due to VP's not "liking" someone. In reading some of the previous comments about managers not having direction, that was due to the upper management not giving direction or clear objectives. There is definitely a "big girls club" in upper management. The people in the club come together to do terminations unjustly and treat people rudely. The company did not keep up or want to put up the money for hiring employees as needed. They create "burn out" and question mid-management on why they don't keep people.

Ventajas

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Desventajas

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.

work life balance, stable environment, pay is decent for skilled roles

Desventajas

a better 401k plan would be good with quicker vesting
