There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
