Ventajas
Right now - there are no pros at this company. I don't know why there are any jobs posted because there are layoffs every single week.
Desventajas
If you enjoy watching long-term/loyal, hard-working employees with families get let go so the company can buy more Bitcoin and make the Exec Team and BoD rich - then this is the place for you. The software business is dying and they are slowly getting rid of everyone in it so they can fund their Bitcoin strategy. Some of the sales execs think they are safe because they kiss the ring, but they will make the software business as small they legally can to continue the Bitcoin play. The CEO gets satisfaction from being cruel and demeaning to employees - especially in public settings. The only thing the HR teams does is fire people and find the best way to cut employees. There are zero employee initiatives. I'm not sure how there are still so many HR staff remaining at this point.
