Salary comes on time. A few company swag twice a year.
Desventajas
This company started with a lot of promise but has completely lost track of building a business. A few old timers from Mu Sigma has captured the leadership and are making Mathco a more sick nasty version of the only company they have worked for in their entire life. There is absolutely no focus on building capabilities - just a sales at any cost machine. Massive layoffs happened in 2023 with nearly 30-40% of the work force wiped out in matter of weeks. The senior leadership who operate like a cartel - was never answerable just blame games. Couple of the founders and top leaders are extremely biased towards a few of the 'anointed ones' who don't do any work just talk rubbish and bamboozle clients all day. None of these deadly anointed ones are held accountable for anything and are always busy with their side hustles. Every honest review is suppressed by a pile of garbage positive 10 word reviews by freshers who have no clue in terms of what they are about to face. Some of the delivery folks are absolute bully and encourage bullying and favoritism. Often during the year there are mini layoffs right before someone is due some bonus or option vesting. They absolutely treat associates like a doormat and encourage a cabal of leaders to do the same. Pay is significantly below the competition and they create all sorts of bs inflated numbers to make the package look deceptive to unassuming new comers. Hence you get what you pay always.
