      Ventajas

      This company has well defined mission statement, and encourages it's workers to reach their highest potentials based on these points. Their road map for self improvement is fairly well laid out compared to what it used to be. When it comes to Co-workers, and Team Leads they are very helpful and display grace. Benefit's such as insurance and time off are fairly good for a company of this size. The company has a good ethical set of values, and is based on service as well as grace. This company has made an impact on the local community.

      Desventajas

      Expect low pay, and little room for advancement. This company seems have issues keeping technical staff and self improvement is hard after a day of working short staffed and having to mitigate with those clients who have not had their needs met in a timely manner due to being short staffed. Like any business this company is highly focused on ROI but in doing so they are overlooking their employees needs of pay and job fulfillment. You can learn some things hear but don't get stuck on the hamster wheel.

      Thank you for taking the time review MapleTronics. We believe the critiques we get are opportunities to learn and improve the Teammate experience. As a current Teammate you know we're working to get wages at or above market wage. We have just completed a study of information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, The St Joe and Elkhart County Economic Development Commission, and other wage resource guides for our industry. Our goal is to get wages between the 55th and 75th percentile and to review on an annual basis. Thanks for the review and thanks for continuing to help us serve our Clients.

      Pay could be better but not much else negative to say.
