I worked at multiple sites and you could be around some ex military individuals that just can't turn off the screaming and yelling for silly stuff, but your also just as likely to be around awesome personalities that make lifelong friends and colleagues. Major con would be the product line - some things are a little excessive on the range of violence and leave you wondering if you're doing the right thing.
