Ventajas
I had the pleasure to work in the Sikorsky division of Lockheed Martin and it has been a generally pleasure experience. All of my coworkers were hard and intelligent workers. I could rely on them to get things done and for support if I needed any. My manager was understanding and kind as well. The pay was competitive for my field and I felt like I was getting paid my share of work and effort.
Desventajas
Only cons is that Lockheed does not provide much for there workers in terms of making the workplace enjoyable or comfortable. I’ve been at companies where the break rooms offered snacks and drink selections, etc. however this is a rather small complaint. It just would be nice to get more back from the company considering it’s a multi billion dollar company.
