Poor Training in a remote environment: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Senior Finance Analyst en Lockheed Martin

Expectations of work are outrageous. I was juggling 3 contracts, working 12+ hours a day in order to meet my requirements alone. No appreciation. Training in a remote environment was severely lacking, more button pusher oriented than real training. Management usually don’t understand your day to day tasks and offload to junior analysts who also have a hard time explaining the “what, why, and when” and give conflicting information versus policy.
