Ventajas
Good company, flex time, three weeks vacation from day one, good benefits over all.
Desventajas
Depends on the group you are in, but some big programs just go though people, use them and throw them away then they are done. Hard to get promoted, more based on who you know and who your mentor is then how hard you worked. Work life balance none existant. Lost allot of great folks mainly over this.
