Lifeplus is just another terrible company.

Desventajas

Employees of Lifeplus are unfortunate. We have an awful work environment and a horrible leadership. There’s nothing in this company that makes it better than its competition. Our leaders are useless and ineffective, and the workplace is not conducive to growth and learning.

Ventajas

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Desventajas

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
