Sorry, but there's really none.

Desventajas

Lifeplus has an awful environment that you would want to avoid. If I knew how toxic and horrible the workplace would be, I wouldn't have joined this company in the first place. Unfortunately, hindsight is 20/20. Our supervisors are toxic and aggressive, and they create a hostile work atmosphere for the employees.

Ventajas

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Desventajas

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
