Ventajas

My coworkers are talented and cooperative. They make working at such a miserable place just a bit more bearable.

Desventajas

Employees are constantly stressed out because of management. They're incompetent, out of touch, and demanding. They keep setting unrealistic expectations for us to meet without even considering if their demands are feasible, and they don't even bother providing us with any support.

Ventajas

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.
